Develop complex 3D designs for test rigs, delivering a reliable design able to fulfil the strict specifications from the client and the test regulatory body. Perform Nuclear seismic Finite Element Analysis of structural frames, pressure vessel, valves and piping system qualified as per ASME BPVC and CSA Standards.
Developed activities as an Engineer contractor on Fiat Chrysler largest assembly plant in Brazil, with capacity of 800,000 cars produced per year. Performed product lifecycle of wheel bearings, knuckle, spindle and all fastenings in the suspension-group department. Performed prototyping, product testing, failure mode analysis (FMEA), product deviation assessment for assembly line, customer satisfaction assessment, applicability and assessment of new materials for current and new car developments.
