Plan, design, procurement and project management of certification fire proofness testing for military aircraft as per ISO-2685:1998, AC20-135 and FAA power plant report 3A. Develop complex 3D designs for test rigs, delivering a reliable design able to fulfil the strict specifications from the client and the test regulatory body. Perform Nuclear seismic Finite Element Analysis of structural frames, pressure vessel, valves and piping system qualified as per ASME BPVC and CSA Standards.

Developed activities as an Engineer contractor on Fiat Chrysler largest assembly plant in Brazil, with capacity of 800,000 cars produced per year. Performed product lifecycle of wheel bearings, knuckle, spindle and all fastenings in the suspension-group department. Performed prototyping, product testing, failure mode analysis (FMEA), product deviation assessment for assembly line, customer satisfaction assessment, applicability and assessment of new materials for current and new car developments.

Conception and modeling for a manual tapping machine, injection molds, parametric box joints for laser cut, review of knee joint modeling adding some features, all of them made in the Solidworks and some in Unigraphics NX6 (CAD design 3D softwares).

Planed manufacturing activities in a tool shop and sheet metal stamping for automotive sector. Modeled 3D design, die tool modeling and programming using CAD/CAM technologies (Unigraphics NX6, Solidworks, AutoCAD, UniCAM 3D and v7) for 3-axis milling and Wire-EDM manufacturing. Supervised a small team of toolmakers and worked in the Research and Development of an automatic MIG welding system, able to optimize the production to 2500 welded parts per day.
