I coordinate and manage Asset Management improvement projects on behalf of my clients. I establish a sound foundation in Asset Management Consultancy Services by continuously assisting in and contributing to the improvement of the asset performance of my clients.

Responsible of the key-account "Tata Steel Europe". Operationally and commercially responsible for the cooperation with Tata Steel Europe. Ensure that the work for which Tata Steel hires MaxGrip consultants are performed as expected (and a bit more). Strengthen the long term partnership with mutual benefits and added value by creating and performing APM improvement projects.

Operational responsible for managing several maintenance consultants and their projects. Also being supervisor of several projects within a large dutch oil company to guard progress, quality and expectations of all project stakeholders.
