A special chemicals company with global footprint: HQ in CH, production sites in Italy and USA, with an export ratio of 99%. Managed turnaround and subsequent successful exit of portfolio company for Auctus Capital Partners (sold to Mitsui Chemical, Japan). Additionally to responsibilities as CEO, took over functions of CFO and Head of Sales, directly managing a number of key accounts.

Willtek develops and markets Test- & Measurement instruments for the mobile phone industry. The company was a Investcorp Technology Ventures portfolio company. General Management with focus on Product Development and Sales. Also covered CFO position. Managed turnaround and subsequently sale of the company to a US-based industrial investor. Under the new ownership, managed post-merger integration with new parent company, especially including combined global Sales and Service organizations.

INeTV AG (Munich), a Start-up company (Internet, Media). The company built various business models based on “streaming media” technologies, typically within joint-ventures with “old economy” partners. Besides duties as CFO, hands-on involvement in daily operations, especially in Sales. Founded and built up a profitable subsidiary company (e-learning solution provider). Key contributions to raising fresh money: liaising with current shareholders, advisors, potential new investors.

A technology company with traditional business in consumer electronics + new, high-tech business, based on its innovative "Laser Display Technology”. “Standard” CFO responsibilities + specific missions: “Restructuring” to optimize all business functions, achieving major cost reductions. Implemented measures to maintain liquidity. Modern Management Information and Control System, including Risk Management. Managed several capital increases with Public offerings. Investor Relations responsibility.

Roland Berger & Partner GmbH, International Management Consultants. Industry focus: Electronics and Capital equipment industries, including machine tools, textile machinery and components, food processing equipment, diesel and electric engines, pumps, parts and components, etc. Methodical focus: Restructuring/Turn-around; Organizational development; Design and implementation of innovative Business strategies.
