As Studio Engineer, I am responsible in balancing criteria to Design Surfaces during the car development, providing studies and 3D zone and limits for creative Designers, using Siemens NX, helping them to achieve best design with functional and feasible parts. I am also responsible in following up with aerodynamics tests during program development, assuring that engineering criteria are not affected by the changes requested by Design and aerodynamics teams.

Responsible for the complete development of New Fiesta Sedan Body Side, inner, outer panels, brackets and reinforcements, applying perceptual quality on class B surfaces, packaging and interfaces between carried over parts and new brackets and reinforcements, Fender (class b surfaces) and brackets for the New Fiesta, applying packaging studies and parts interfaces. New Ka seat belt developer, applying standard Brazilian regulations and Ford Standards. Almost 2 years experience living in great Detroit area.

As a support analyst, I've worked as a multiplier of I-deas Master Series inside customers, like CCE Eletrodomésticos, Microcase, Emicon. Also, provided online support over the phone to most of CCS customers. My last assignment was providing support and product design in Navistar International Engines (MWM Motores), developing new brackets, modifying engine blocks and plastic parts and an engine cover for visual and functional solution.

From archivist to product designer, my last assignment at ZF was developing a cable shift system on a manual transmission. Before this, I worked as a mechanical draftsmen and archivist, drawing sketches and 3D models using I-deas Master Series. Responsible for the first 3D model of a transmission in ZF do Brasil.
