I actually drive the company to digitalize its test management, moving from paper-based test report to fully digital testing. As a side activity I lead the development of own Adapters to various housemade automation frameworks to ETM. I meanwhile also prepare the transition to full digital Requirement Engineering and the company migration from Doors-Classic to DNG.

Responsible for requirement management processes, tools (DOORS) and IT infrastructure in all Dräger research sites (USA/China/Germany), I train and coach people and projects in Requirement and Test Management. I manage technical requirements for our platform components and coordinate the maintenance of those requirements by our domain experts. Based on this, I established a global pool of requirements to re-use them, giving us a basis for continuous improvement beyond the scope of a single project.

For a new neonatal respirator, responsible for the specification, the contracts, the controlling and the integration of all outsourced SW-subsystems. OO analyse and design, Buy-in of an operating system (VxWorks) and a graphic library, prototyping of the GUI together with the product management. Integration and configuration of all bought components. Also responsible for configuration management, release, configuration and integration of the development environment.

For a data management solution, responsible for the planning, the execution and the maintainance of the development activities ; including balancing costs, ressources functionality and time to market.
