Hi! A few words to introduce myself. My mission is to enable business development & drive performance improvement in multi-site international operations in French, German, English & Dutch. My key competences are : • Financial Directorate: long-term contracts in Industry (Aerospace, Defence, Building, Telecom, Energy) • Business Partner of Programme Directorate, of General Management as well as of other Functions • Leadership: international exposure with multi-site, multi-ERP teams’ management up to 35 headcount • Strategy: portfolio review with top management, mid and long-term planning • M&A: extensive experience of carve in, carve-out and disposal processes with key interface role • Performance Improvement: loss-making contracts closing, bid framework rebaselining • Change Management: business transformation, processes definition and reengineering • Auditing & Consulting: experience in Big Four Audit firms and at Airbus Group internal audit
