Led CMMI training and awareness for projects, prepared and reviewed projects’ PIIDs for CMMI appraisal, and represented configuration management process area in appraisal interviews. Served as configuration management process expert- reviewed and approved project configuration management plans. Served as quality assurance process expert- performed quality assurance and baseline verification audits and submitted QA

o Technical support using Mainframe, Business and system analysis, Configuration Management project Administration. o Assist PM in start-up and close down activities, including planning, metrics & project estimation.
