Feras has more than 15 years strategic and project experience in the delivery and management of all aspects of planning, scheduling, project control, forensic delay analysis and programme management covering a diverse range of development and construction methods and forms of procurement. Feras has worked for major construction contractors and consultants, within the MENA regions, specializing in the production and management of development, strategic, design, procurement, construction and commissioning programmes along with the day-to-day planning, project control and progress monitoring of projects.
