• Supervision of the construction and the equipment installation for the retrieval of low level (G1 type), medium level (G2 type) and high level (G3 type) nuclear waste in the BOP Areas of the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant; • Supervising the erection, installation, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning and all the acceptance tests for the heavy equipment installed; • Management of the subcontractors, technical field advisor for the erections, installations, modifications. TQ and SI issuer;

West Qurna 2 Project - Iraq Supervision in Construction of Oil Central Process Facilities and Oil Clusters - 9 trains x 50 000 barrel/day: • Management of site and supervision of Rotating Mechanical erection activities, both in the office and on site; • Working on Mechanical proposals, planning and packages; • Ensure that the Construction activities are carried out to the project specifications, drawings, procedures, quality needs, estimated costs and safety standards;

Los Humeros II (Mexico), Geothermal Plant Project, 2 x 25 MW – Reviewing of BOP System commissioning procedures and test of the systems, design review, site supervision, work in conjunction with Steam Turbine, TFA to final tuning of the systems up to the synchronization, performance test and PAC.

Repowering of Bahia Las Minas Colon Power Plant where I had the role of BOP Commissioning Engineer for 3X40 MW (ANSALDO) turbines and 1 x 500 t/h Pulverized Coal Fired Boiler (ANSALDO). I managed the com-missioning work, repairing work and maintenance work for Boiler System, Coal Handling System, Ash System Handling and BOP System. I had many interventions, leading my team for solving different issues in Belt Con-veyors, Chain Conveyors, De-dusting equipment, Coal Mills and Coal Silos, etc.

I worked in the CENTER FOR ADVANCED ENGINEERING SCIENCES (CAES) part of Ovidius University of Constanta (Public State University), from August 2008 until March 2010 where I occupied the Project Engineer position. My responsibilities within the center were to work on design and technical projects in the field of energy and renewable energy management.

I was employed in Palas Constanta Power Plant – Diesel and Natural Gas (Electrical and Thermal production) from August 1990 until August 2008 where I performed the following roles: • BOP Operator; • Fuel (Diesel/Heavy oil) supply station Operator; • Hot water Boilers Operator; • Low pressure Boilers Operator; • Control Panel Operator (2X50 MW)
