- Support to the online marketing team in the planning, implementation and optimization of international CRM and e-mail-campaigns - Coordination of the translation team (16 people) for the newsletters and other internal content generated by the department - Tracking of the KPIs measuring the success of the emailing campaigns - Coordination with the social and customer services department in the loyalty customer rewards - Assistance to the CRM Managers in their day-to-day work

• Responsible for the management of the Salesforce lead databases • Elaboration and planning of the emailing campaigns aimed towards the Spanish and South American markets • Drafting and copywriting of emails to be sent to potential customers and follow-up of the leads • Tracking of the KPIs measuring the success of the emailing campaigns • Assistance to the CRM Manager in her day-to-day work

• Responsible for updating the website of the Interdisciplinary Center for Development Studies • Elaboration of advertising pieces in different media such as social networks, triptychs, and magazines. • Logistic coordination of events.
