Optimizing revenue through an effective material shortage flagging to senior management: • Implementing the program parameters agreed with regional procurement teams and global supply planning. • Controlling material shortage reporting (inputs recommendation, escalation levels, revenue impact). • Reporting migration to Power BI. • Issuing a weekly reporting package to executive management.

• Leading the monthly review for material shortage to senior management including forecast analysis. • Leading weekly shortage reporting execution (50% accuracy improvement). • Forecast validation with demand planning and vendors (SAP IBP). • Life cycle product activities (introduction, obsolescence, excess risk management activities).

Working with category manager and other regions in order to issue a monthly worldwide supplier forecast for complete system: • Production of an EMEA demand forecast (follow up with sales manager for deals, configuration check). • Leading the regional demand forecast process validation (AMS, APJ) and the monthly vendor review (Hitachi) for the WW supplier forecast. • New forecast process implementation.

• Elaboration of a unit forecast through complete product lifecycle (introduction, mature, end of life) including special deals volume. • Usage of different forecasting models through SAP (APO). • Dollarized forecast with sales.

Managing the business as the supply chain role leader: • Forecast and purchase plan production. • Quarterly vendor meeting (Sony, TDK, Maxwell). • Hub project lead for the Middle East. • Introduction of KPIs (DOS, inventory control).

Acquisition of procurement and supervision knowledge: • Introduction of multiple inventory strategies (supplier owned model, leverage buyer, ABC classification, MRP parameters) within SAP R/3. • Supervising the activities of the buyers in Puerto Rico (training class, daily meeting). • Express inbound shipment from vendor and regional entities.

Supporting a dynamic sales market and working closely with partners: • Developing solutions for European channel partners (Ingram, Tech Data) in line with sales team´s objective for printers, scanners. • Product life cycle activities with marketing teams.

• Supporting the distribution network by producing marketing documentation and driving marketing actions. • Activities for a new industrial vehicle launch with partner’s cooperation.

• Risk assessment portfolio analysis and issuing premium quotation for small size business.
