Full planning of a successful recruitment campaign, budget management, planning & running assessment days, managing social media sites, advertising roles & searching for the best value sites in connection to the advertising budget.

My role here was to proactively help, advise and support managers, enabling them to fill designated roles. To act as first point of call for all general enquiries. To oversea the resourcing and recruitment social media activity.

Working within the HR team at Warner Bros. and more specifically within Recruitment. I managed all temporary recruitment as well as running the Undergraduate Internship Recruitment program which happens each year for up to 30 different positions.
