"Giuseppe Mazziotta (2005, Amsterdam) is one of the youngest teachers in the Netherlands and 4th of the European Wine Competition, he has been active in various star restaurants since the age of 16 and is recognized by Stichting Vakkundigheid HORECA, Koninklijke Horeca Nederland, Het Parool and MissetHoreca as the new “kid on the block”. He tries to motivate the younger generation to come and work in the hospitality industry."
