Gordon is leading the transformation in business growth by focusing on Cloud, SaaS, Unified Communications, Security, Software, Infrastructure & Services growth and by establishing new business channels and alliances to enter new market opportunities.

Transformed the IT Schneider Electric Pacific operation, into the leading IT & Power / Electrical Infrastructure Solutions team in the Region. With a focus on Strategy, Execution, Team Culture and Employee, Customer & Channel Engagement, Gordon led the team that exceeded market expectations by growing from #3 market share to #1 market share with over 300% growth.

Gordon led the team that managed some of the largest Telstra customers. Customer portfolio included: telecommunications vendors, internet and network solution providers with revenues exceeding $500 million pa. Successfully negotiated long-outstanding disputes and litigation by transforming relationships and successfully negotiated new sales contracts exceeding $1.2 billion. Developed new incremental revenue opportunities in mobile, broadband, infrastructure and networks.

Gordon as Managing Director of PictureTel (prior to Polycom acquisition) led the transformation of the organisation in sales, channels, marketing operations and services. Rejuvenated subsidiary and achieved record sales growth with consistent over-achievement. PictureTel Australia regarded as leading subsidiary by global management. (PictureTel is now part of Polycom)

Joined IBM as Software Manager, responsible for growing software revenues for IBM PC's and Unix computing systems. Promoted to Regional Product Manager - Personal Systems, responsible for the marketing and brand management. Joined Lotus to establish and implement the Lotus Notes sales & marketing plan. Promoted to Director, Communications Division, responsible for Internet objectives. Promoted to Director of Channels Sales, responsible for all channel sales and alliance partnerships.
