This role is to assist each State to run environmental training and development events, activities and initiatives as well as to coordinate and promote these events on a national scale. This role also involves liaising with the World Organisation for the Scout Movement on new global initiatives, partnerships with out National Scout Organisations, partnerships with NGOs and outside groups, and creation of new resources and initiatives.

waterMAP Assist was a 12 month project, involving assisting all companies using over 10ML of water per annum in Victoria to identify water saving opportunities, quantify these opportunities, and implement improvements. This involved a $400,000 project including seminars in metro and regional areas, feasibility and investigative studies, capital assistance and fact sheet and case study development. Also involved considerably contract, project and customer relations management.

Sustainability auditing, including waste, water, transport and electricity auditing, for both small to medium businesses and large private client. Involved data and culture auditing, client communication/culture change, and making recommendations on environmental solutions. Also involved regular interstate travel to Sydney, as well as Perth, Adelaide and Queensland to conduct up to five audits a day in small to medium businesses as well as several large organisations.
