I was able to analyze many projects, starting with defining the scope of work and identifying those interested in the system and using many well-known methods: interviews questionnaires observations of collecting requirements and studying the reality using the JAD technique we work by meeting with those concerned in order to clearly understand their requirements and be able to analyze the system appropriately for their requirements find out what are the conflicts between the requirements solve them and give priority to the requirements in addition to determining the work style whether plan driven or agile. Through studying several factors and choosing the appropriate process model and after collecting the functional and non-functional requirements and the requirements of the field in which we work I carry out a review process in addition to drawing diagrams that help in understanding the system such as the USE Case diagram and provide documents to the customer to verify the requirement
