While completing PhD, founding partner of a life science focused business consultancy and contract services firm. Recent key successes include serving as contracted CFO/CMO in the successful launch of a biotech clinical services firm, consulting on the completion of the financial and market assessments for three local biotech new starts, and biotech entrepreneurship lecturing at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.

I directed the translation of TRM biotech research into commercialization opportunities. This includes commercial consulting of in-house research projects, business plan development, Spin-Offs and licensing as well as developing industry relationships and collaborations to commercialize this research.

While completing my MBA, I worked as a project manager helping new start biotechnology firms enter the European market. Responsibilities include developing market entry strategies, business plans, and sales development operations.
