- Prior to Honeywell Enraf merger: all tasks associated with running the Enraf product line: processing and checking sales orders, preparing work instructions, monitoring and replenishing inventory, marshalling jobs, picking spares orders, production planning, technical support, creating product labels, packing finished product and all aspects of shipping. - After Honeywell Enraf merger: member of the finishing and dispatch team, responsible for all site shipping and outbound logistics.

- Part of the Direct Mail production team at this large printing and mailing house, ensuring timely and good quality production in all Direct Mail processes, in order to meet customer demands. - Booking in, checking and correcting quotes and producing accurate work instructions. - Assisting in running the production list, managing 10 to 15 mailing jobs each day. - Overseeing the data, laser printing and enclosing teams.

- Undertaking all the data processing, job set-up, proofing and printing work. - Responsible for managing the team of production staff, the production schedule and the co-ordination of shop floor processes. - Account manager for several important customers, managing jobs from artwork design to mail out, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Main duties included determining and quoting for customer requirements, processing orders, creating work instructions, dealing with technical issues and handling a raw material budget of over £200K PA. - Implemented and maintained several beneficial process improvement projects in the areas of scheduling, reduction of lead times and targeting of performance, increasing turnover by 25%.

- Full time research and development project for MEng dissertation. - An investigation into the effects of using lasers to directly apply ID markings to aerospace grade metals. - Considered a leading authority on the subject at the time, due to its unique nature. - Dissertation awarded first class honours.
