- Responsible for the Problem Management Process for all clients in Germany - Representing and Governing the Problem Management Process within the organization including its interfaces to all ITIL processes, e.g. Incident and Change Management - Leading the team of Problem Managers for our German clients

- Representing Major Incident Management within the organization - Responsible for the effective execution of the Major Incident Management process for selected customers - Coordinating major incidents across the entire service delivery chain - Interacting with all levels of the organization - Leading technical and management warrooms - Responsible for internal and external communication in the event of major incidents - Implementing of customer-specific processes within T&Ts

Responsible for the Risk Management Process for several Delivery units (SAP, Database, UC, Mainframe, Windows- & Unix-Server Hosting). Consulting the tower lead regarding Quality & Security topics - Ensure employees’ risk awareness across the organisation - Conduct assessments to analyze risks and to design mitigation strategies - Assure the proper execution of mitigation actions - Prepare reports and communicate recommendations to management - Track actions in Quality & Security improvement programs
