In meiner Rolle als Leiterin des ISS ESG Länderratings übernehme ich das Projektmanagament, stoße Methodikänderungen an und bin Teil zentraler Produktentwicklungsprozesse. Des Weiteren, fungiere ich als Ansprechpartnerin für unsere Sales und Client Success Kolleg*innen.

2°ii is the leading think tank globally for sustainable finance. In my role as office manager I was responsible for the general operations of the Berlin office, as well as HR, accounting, financial reporting, organisation of team events, and admin.

While at the GIZ I worked on the "Information Matters: Capacity Building for Enhanced Reporting and Mutual Learning through Peer-to-Peer Exchange" project, which supported developing countries in their climate reporting efforts. My work included organizing a side event at the 23rd Conference of the Parties (COP) of the UNFCCC in Bonn, webinar management for Spanish-speaking audiences, and contribution to outreach on project activities (project website, fact sheets, project newsletters, etc).

While at the DAAD in Bogatá as a volunteer, I was responsible for organizing and conducting weekly information events (in-person presentations) and webinars for prospective students, including presentation creation, attendee management, and leading the seminars themselves. I was also responsible for responding to inbound emails and calls from prospective students (in spanish), maintaining and updating our office website using Imperia, and creating new content for web, social platforms, and newsletter.
