Three year projects involving 12 manufacturing sites and 40 sales offices across the world. Implement standardized business processes and a common system platform. Manage a multi-cultural team of over 50 people.

Successfully managed complex worldwide IS/IT and process reengineering projects (USA, India, Brazil, Mexico, Malaysia, China & Hongkong, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, …) working with renowned international manufacturing companies such as Nortel, Microsoft, Apple, Motorola etc.
