Support of various types of trading software (360T, Market Axess). Regularly installing patches on the computers to keep them up-to-date and secure. Handling of daily problems in connection with the various tools and coordination, timely escalation to further support. Answering daily user calls and assigning tickets to our team via ServiceNow.

Working as a System administrator my responsibility is, * Installation and management of server in VM Ware * Management of O365 Accounts & Email address * Management of Active directory, DHCP, DNS and Print Server * Sorting out user issue through Remote desktop * Supervision of Client support team in absence of supervision * Migration of Linux SMTP server to Windows SMTP server and management * Rolling out of MS TEAM, Microsft Share point and One drive

Working as a server engineer my responsibility is, Providing user support to the main office and also divisional branches. • Installation of Backup server to take backups daily and monthly. • Taking care of the whole offices network. • Working in active directory to set up new users and deal with password resets. • Troubleshooting desktops and laptops. • Installation of network and shared printers.
