Responsible for maintaining and increasing the company’s clients, which included most of Greece’s Ship-owning and ship-management companies. Kept very good relationships with the company’s principals which included some of the best shipyards, and ship-repair workshops around the world. I supervised the repair jobs on-site. Furthermore, I took part in the creation and revision of the company’s Marketing Strategy. I also contributed to the company’s promotion through the presence in international shows.

My goal was to introduce the concept of "Green Shipping" and Emissions Management to the Shipping Community and persuade key personnel in shipping companies to enter our Emissions Management Program. The feedback from each client (either an established one or a potential one) was later discussed with the company's IT department in an effort to better the program and satisfy the needs of every single customer. The Program dealt with: Emissions Management, SEEMP, EU MRV, EEOI, EEDI etc

Acted as an intermediary during the negotiations of the Charter Party between Ship-owners, Charterers and other Brokers. Maintained and managed several accounts both in Greece and abroad, either through email and telephone exchanges or with meetings with the PIC in every company. Responsible for the maintenance of the company’s database.
