Responsible for a project portfolio with 100+ simultaneously running projects and a yearly budget of around 70 Million Swiss francs. Developing and optimizing the portfolio and project processes and ensuring a qualitative control of costs, quality and progress.

Responsible for a global customer account. Working directly with customer's local subsidiaries worldwide, meeting with purchasing, engineering and sales people at different levels. I was also area sales manager for the Iberian peninsula.
Project Manager responsible for several accounts, mainly Millicom and America Movil. Main achievement was to deploy nationwide 3G networks in Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico in a very short time for an important regional customer.
Manager of five Project Managers working for the largest local account of a global customer. In addition to the normal managerial tasks such as developing and administering the staff, the main tasks were to support the Project Managers with hands-on support in project and supply issues and to structure the work and introduce new processes.
Responsible for all projects with the largest national telecommunication operator, working closely with the sales and technical departments in sales and execution phase. Running a large number of projects, such as GSM network expansions, HW&SW upgrades, prepaid system implementation and migration. Other projects were MMS and GPRS implementations and fixed network upgrades and offer work.
Working with a number of different customers, responsible for the execution of various projects, such as MINI-LINK (Microwave), WAP applications, UMTS (WCDMA) marketing, sales and execution planning. Other projects were GSM network deployment, GPRS implementation and fixed network expansions and upgrades.
Member of factory reorganization project. Process developer for the TRX logistics process. Project Manager for test system design project. Project Manager for transfer of manufacturing between factories. Eight months as trainee within the supply organization. Acting group manager during two longer periods.
