Ensured the implementation and maintenance of the quality assurance in 2 production lines. Managed Statistical Process Controls (SPC), FMEAs, Controls Plans, 8D, NCRs. Established and led Lean manufacturing activities for continues improvement. Led the quality inspectors’ team.
