• Modelling the test rig using CATIA V5 • Structural and Modal analysis (FEM) in ANSYS workbench 18 • Developing calculation programs related to the test rig in Excel • Cost analysis and FMEA analysis

• Performing tests and creating test reports for individual parts / drive shafts • Creation of cross lists & execution of measurement protocols • Development / optimization of calculation programs in Excel • Support in the daily business • Preparing of ad-hoc analysis and reports on a daily basis

• Procurement of OEM spares for repairs & maintenance • Scheduling periodic maintenance of construction equipment and monitoring performance • Coordinating internal auditing on quality and safety of Plant & Machinery • Negotiated tenders & terms of contracts along with SCM and CRM teams • Data analysis and defining Quality Management KPIs, Data management on ERP
