Über mich

An experienced and motivated researcher with a substantial academic background in catalysis with a focus on green chemistry. I obtained my doctorate in Chemistry from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil, working on the synthesis and characterization of metallic nanoparticles and their applications in the various catalytic hydrogenation processes using ionic liquids as a reaction medium. In addition, I acquired, throughout my academic career (undergraduate and master's degree), extensive experience in research and development projects in the following subjects: synthesis and characterization of organometallic complexes, polymer chemistry (synthesis and characterization), and polymer photodegradation.
