Conceptual design and technical feasibility studies for gas processing plants for various projects and assistance in due diligence evaluations for gas processing plants for various projects. Project engineering as interface for various projects in project execution, including the procurement, technical bid comparison, and final inspection

Project: Development, validation and optimization of an analysis method in gas chromatography for hydrocarbon analysis in fuel and automobile exhaust at BMW R&D Laboratories in Munich. Assistance to laboratory manager in charge of two workers. Routine analysis and evaluation of fuel and oil samples for engine endurance tests via HPLC, IR and AAC. Preparation, execution and evaluation of test results from engine test stands according to FTP75 regulations.

Managing the YTONG central laboratory in Istanbul in charge of 10 workers. Project: Establishment of “Product External Quality Assessment System” in all YTONG plants in Turkey Technical coordination regarding know-how transfer, and technical issues between Türk YTONG and YTONG International R&D Centre in Germany Translation, preparation and presentation of technical papers for technical seminars and workshops held by YTONG International. Support to QA Manager concerning the issues of the ISO 9000 Sys

A three month on-the-training job period in the framework of a cooperation between German and Turkish Employment Services, through which gained the experience in the production technology of tire and single cord, preparation of tailor cut product receipts and control of product quality in a large scale international company which is one of the pioneers of TQM in Turkey.
