I am an individual investor, investing my own capital into micro cap public companies by using stock purchase agreements to purchase free trading stock at a discount from non affiliates or by structuring convertible debt that converts at a discount where shares get registered along with warrants I am relationship driven and most of my deals are repeat business due to my relationships with Ceo's, attorneys, accountants, deal finders and executives. I invest anywhere from $25,000 to $150,000 at a time.

I sold Life insurance, Disability Insurance, Health Insurance, retirement planning, and estate planning. I worked with small businesses- implementing benefit programs such as health insurance and retirement planning.
