•Be involved in projects from receipt of the initial enquiry through to the completion and handover to manufacturing facility. •Assist the sales team and customers in developing a product specification to address their needs. •Create concept solutions, through to the design and develop new products to meet customer & internal requirements including cost, quality and time targets.

•Responsible for managing full cycle of product development such as concept making, cost simulation, researching, product designing, engineering, sourcing, strength and reliability testing and scheduling. •In charge of developing all kind of outdoor equipment like cook set, cutlery, tents, chairs and camping lantern. •Successfully released 12 products on schedule. •Participate in camping events 3 times a year to communicate with the end users and listen to what they feel about the outdoor products.

•Design various kind of products such as house hold equipment, beauty care equipment, battery lantern, drink tumbler and industrial equipment. •Carefully Interview the customer to obtain the concept of the product and required specifications. •Responsible for designing from prototypes to the final product using SolidWorks. •Create drawings of the components using AutoCAD. •Communicate with the vendor and control the quality and the schedule. •Create parts list and product specification document.

• Develop an information website for the company. • Arrange homestay or language school for Japanese customers. • Support Japanese customers to satisfy their needs before, while and after the stay.
