As a Senior Design Engineer at CT Automotive, I am responsible for the TOGG Centre Air-vent Product. I have proposed style changes to the customer for better aesthetics, communicated with cross-functional teams for concept definition, fixation strategy, and product validation, and led meetings with counterparts for product development and deliverables timelines. I have more than 7 years of experience in design and development of automotive interior trims, working on different products such as door trim, instrumental panel, rear seat armrest, and airvent for various clients like FORD, JLR, BMW, and TOGG. I have successfully created and delivered 3D CAD models, performed A-surface analysis, section feasibility study, RPS and fixation strategy, and mechanism design, using CATIA V5 software. I have also contributed to the improvement of user retention rate, customer satisfaction, and product performance, by applying my skills in plastic part designing, styling, and engineering.
