Initial setup for on premises staff as well as remote. Mainly Apple devices operating different MacOS and Windows devices. Configure and manage Windows and Linux servers.

Mandatory university internship focused on understanding the fixed and mobile network of the main telecommunication service provider in Albania. During this period I got knowledge about different devices that are used to set up mobile networks and the architecture of that network. Also I was introduced to their fixed telephony network setup
