as Process- & Quality Manager of the Dutch grid-controller Continuon I was responsible for developed and implemented a quality management system and for process improvement and process re-design. I also coordinated the internal contract management process.

As a process- & quality manager for an Asset Management organization; at Nuon I developed and implemented a quality management system that resulted in NEN-E-ISO 9001-2000 certification. Responsible for process improvement and process re-design.

As an internal project manager I was responsible for advising, coordinating and supervising the internal employment process during a merger of four utilities. Has experience conducting all-round Human Resources activities such as recruitment, training, health and security operations.
