Valo design is a small Finnish fashion label using only natural and sustainable materials in their products. Clothes are handmade and fair trade. I was part of the design team, designing and planning clothes, making and fitting samples. I was also a manager of the the customer service and communication as well as a sales person and an event organiser.

2012-2013, 2015 Child welfare family work is focused on supporting children’s growth and development, by strengthening the management of everyday life of the families, and supporting parents in different areas of parenthood and to strengthen interaction between the family members by using different methods and exercises on family meetings. Customer relationships are intensive and long term (3-12m).

Foster care homes offer a safe and balanced growth environment for children and young people who can not live with their biological parents for some reason. It is rehabilitating facility and either short or long term. I worked as a counselor for children aged 15-17 years, helping them to help themselves and guided them in their every day life assisting them to grow independent.

Kalliola Youth offers social services for young people who are marginalised. This field work finds young isolated or troubled people and rehabilitates them back to the community using small group sessions as a method. I was responsible for different groups aged 9-15 years, planning and executing various mindfulness exercises and then reflecting them later on. I also made my thesis for Kalliola Youth about emotional education for teenage boys.

Dressmann Oy is the biggest men’s fashion label in the Nordic countries. I worked as a sales person in different Dressmann shops in Helsinki region in Finland. My tasks included customer service, maintaining the shop area and handling the cashier.

Taking care of elederly and under 65 year old customers with brain damages or deseases in a private 24h care home. My tasks besides basic care taking consisted from activating the customers to house hold matters.
