Overall technical management of the European Data Centre (over 200 physical and virtual servers), including backup systems, SAN, storage, and over 2000 users. Responsible for vendor management, contract renewals, license models and Data Centre budget. Supporting the execution of IT projects for SEMEA region.

Technical support and II° level Help Desk specialist. Responsible for workstations, printers and VOIP devices. Advanced user of the ticketing system (Remedy/OTRS).
