My role is to Design, Plan and Manage the Governance and Development of the technological solutions used by the organization at national level. Management and Customization of Tools like Salesforce for the tracking of customers. Implement an E-Learning platform and Develop End User ORS’s to optimize processes.

I was in charge of design, plan and manage the governance of twenty five systems inside the company that where responsible of supporting the operations of the Brokerage in the Mexican Stock Market.

My role was development and implementation of Java Software solutions based on the final user requirements and following the CMMI-5 V1.2 standard. I was involved in two main projects. The first one was an educational project and the second one was an Information Security project for the National Security Agency of Mexico

General support to the users, state workers (south zone), with network installations,configuration of pc's, installation of programs and give computer courses to the medical staff in order to help them in their daily work
