Planning Revenue Budget preparation for yearly maintenance jobs, performing RCA as per SOP and closing all CAPAs as per timeline. Key account management working closely with clients and other stakeholders to define KRAs & Goals.

Manage and control the operational budget of the site monthly and annually. Implementation of HSE systems and execution of 5s. Monitoring construction progress and quality activity at the site with team and EPC vendors. Arranging MOMs, progress and quality report for rectification of work. Identifying and developing alternate vendor sources for achieving cost e4ective purchase of equipment, accessories and timely delivery to minimize the cost. Maintaining all plant activities using SAP.

Operational Site Handling in AC Capacity is 20MW, 50MW. Preparing required Management reports and conducting weekly/monthly audits. Preventive Maintenance of Plant equipment for increasing the life of the equipment. Ensuring Sound O&M administrations and document management, with managing the standardized O&M process and procedures.

Inverter generation analysis to schedule all O&M routine activities accordingly. SCADA monitoring, controlling daily Performance Ratio(PR) of Solar power plant and preparation of daily generation report. Conducting meetings with the safety department to Implement new Safety Ideas with HIRA and JSA.

Testing of communication devices using GPS and Modem and assembling it with Solar charge controllers. Proactively working for the maintenance of Ballard fuel cell. Checking and providing maintenance to Telecom tower and Solar Rooftop where Solar generation is low

Collaborate with electrical engineers to solve the developed problem. Working on di4erent types of load cells( ball type, Compression type). Equipment tested and calibrated as per required conditions.
