We constantly make decisions about whether something is worth our money or our time. Price is the place where value and money meet. Pricing is a key client decision factor and a deal component which is really fascinating me. In my current role, I am supporting large and strategically important opportunities with the aim of developing commercial models for our most complex pursuits. I embraced the opportunity to drive the set up of a pricing competence center for Deloitte's German Consulting practice. Today, I am acting as a pricing specialist within Pricing and Commercial Deal Support (PCDS). My strong sales focus is complemented through my previous role in pursuit management as well as my experience in delivering complex SAP transformation projects in the banking industry. Moreover, I am an international certified accountant (ICA) by the Frankfurt School of Finance, certified banker by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and hold a Bachelor Degree in International Management.

As a part of Sales Excellence, Pricing and Commercial Deal Support advises large and strategically important opportunities with the aim of developing commercial models for our most complex pursuits. In my current role, I am leveraging internal and market price data in order to lift price analysis on the next level, enable data driven price decision and increase profitability while crafting competitive and highly tailored commercial offers to our clients that differentiate Deloitte in the market.
Driving efficiency in pursuit management across all industries and market offerings by providing best practices and pursuit expertise to the bid teams. Coaching and supporting along the pursuit process (RfI, RfP and Orals) as well as guiding the bid teams through relevant quality, risk and legal approval gates.
Supporting clients on their SAP transformation journey. Project experience covers the entire project lifecycle (imagine, deliver and run) with a strong focus on SAP transformation projects within banking industry.
