As Product Design I am responsible for creating the user interface for an application, website, or other interactive media. My job includes collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather user requirements before designing ideas that can be communicated using storyboards. We also use flows or sitemaps to understand and create processes. Wireframes, Flowchart, Low and high fidelity prototypes are made using the Figma and Miro tool.

I was responsible for the UX/UI of the mobile app "Meu gov.br". We use User Surveys, Usability Tests, A / B tests, Heuristic Analysis, Low and High Fidelity Prototypes using Figma to improve the UX of the app. The result of this work was a better evaluation of this application in the Android and Apple stores. Before our work the application's score was between 1 and 2 and now the score is 4.6.
