Greet, assist and offer quality customer service to thousands of people on the trip. From arrival at the airport to the last "bye-bye", I assure carefree and relaxing holiday to travellers. I provide customer service in French, English, Spanish and German and prepare and lead the daily the information meetings in hotels. I give out information in order to promote the sales of services and excursions offered, update information concerning flights and hotel schedules, follow-up on reported situations.

As a tourism communication officer, I was in charge of the press activities, of writing press releases and increasing visibility of the organization inside and outside of the region. This position has required me to rebrand many aspects of the region including building a brand new website www.cotedusud.ca. I also offered consulting to entrepreneurs who are active in the region to rebrand, reposition and create strong traction by bringing visitors in to the region thru PR campaigns, word-of-mouth, etc.

As a reception supervisor and responsible for tourist information, I supervised the work of a dozen employees (allocating work, schedules, rules & service process) and controlled the quality throughout the services offered by the team. To achieve continued excellence in customer service, I also provided a continuous training to employees. I was responsable for human resource management, for publications inventory Management and for Boutique management. I also planned different tourist events.

I provided a quality customer Service : reception, information, responding to queries. I daily operated the gift shop and reconciliated cash. I was also responsable for the collection, compilation and analysis of tourist statistics. I had to dress a visitor profile for each visitor and balance results at the end of the season.

Profile Environment- Profile International: I successfully completed my Bachelor’s degree in international relations and foreign languages in Canada, Germany(Passau, 6 months) and Italy(Florence, 5 weeks).- Spachen : German as first language of study and Italian as second language of study.
