- Identify new business opportunities. Develop and maintain business relationships with existing clients. - Channel development by attracting new key accounts and introducing new products in existing clients. - Elaborate commercial proposals and show them to new clients. - Negotiation annual conditions with existing clients. - Manage Trade Marketing actions and promotions with new and existing clients.

- Design, implement and execute the Global Account Plan to increase sales opportunities. - Manage the relationship with commercial agencies in Spain. Support, coach and develop commercial teams (task force) - Ensure excellent execution and business performance throughout the national territory. - Track sales objectives of each distributor. Analyze channel KPI´s and SLA´s. - Implementation new products, services and promotions in each distributor.

- Analyze data base from Business Object-DWH. - Develop and launch new products and services to reduce the Churn. - Track services results and implement improvements process. - Update the Balance Score Card and weekly reporting.

- Update the Extreme Element Website, launching new services experiences in the Spanish website. - Manage relationships with Spanish suppliers and English customers to carry on the experiences, mostly in Spain.
