Joint Lead in management of our our helpdesk team. Specialising in networking, virtualisation and security, I've come from an Application Support and Quality Assurance background. I look after Rejuvenate's first and second line help desk teams, and am in charge of research and design for projects concerning our cloud customers, and implement solutions to improve up-time, reliability and performance of our managed services.
