Ensuring the smooth running of the plant while effectively handling around 80 laborers, machine operators, mechanics, electricians & supervisors in a shift. Deftly keeping track record of all machines & operation performance.

Coordinate with workshop foreman for any queries clarifications Having good experience to induce fast progress for major work Work accurately under pressure to produce high quality work. Have good commanding power to control the labour. Allocating the work for the technicians as per skill and work nature. Handling a team of 30 plus technicians on daily basis and making smooth dispatch/delivery of vehicle after repair
