- Implementing the V-model theory by establishing user requirements, System requirements and acceptance tests - Write a requirement in DOORS for hardware in loop, software, measurement transmission interface, Functional Safety for short-range and long-range automotive radar sensor product - Develop different sensor concepts for long and short range for automotive radar - Develop a radar object classification, model optimization and evaluation - Radar signal processing and environment sensing

- Working as a Functional Safety(ISO26262) Test Engineer for Validation and verification of Automotive Software Modules - Creation of Functional safety Test cases(GRA,ACC,IPA) - Create Test design and Test plan, Test Specification in DOORS. - Experience in HIL testing, dSPACE Control and Automation Desk, ETAS INCA,Vector tools like CANoe and CAN Analyzer. - Knowledge on Functional safety assessment and Safety Goals (SG), ASIL determinations A, B, C, D. - Develop Python Scripts for Test automation.

- Optimization and correction of resolver simulation model for three phase inverter of pre-existing dSPACE(Hardware in loop) HIL and Xilinx (Hardware in loop) microHIL. - Creation of test plans for resolver simulation board in DOORS. - Design and Development of resolver model in Matlab/Simulink and analysis on generated code(VHDL/Verilog) using Xilinx Vivado. - Design and Develop Hardware of resolver simulation board using Altium designer.

- Requirements analysis and coordinating with requirement engineering and software developers. - Creation of scripts in python for can protocol J1939.

-Development and Implementation of communication modules(CAN & CAN FD), FPGA models, electrical motor models and Inverter models for a dSPACE Hardware in loop(HIL) and microHIL in Matlab/simulink. -Formulation of Testplans for the developed models and testing with different ECU’s using hardware in loop(HIL) and Xilinx Hardware in loop(µHIL). -Design and Development of Motor Simulation Board for Controlling 48V Motor control using Eagle and Kicad.

-Developed software for UPS,Inverter and servo stabilizer with Digital Signal Processing technology using IGBT, MOSFET. - Electrical measurement, assembling, testing of Online UPS and Inverter.

- Testing protective Numerical relays, CT, PT, HL/LT panels, transformers - Design, testing and commissioning of line cable different scheme and programming of relays of motor protection, transformer protection - Testing of motor feder with control, no load trial and circuit Brakers (VCB, SF6, ACB) - Training on electrical lockout system, change over system(auto/manual) in HT/LT panels, wiring diagram on panels and trouble shooting in HT/LT panels
