• Analyzing field data, and preparing drawings and specifications to conform to establish requirements for municipal projects. • Prepare staff reports for land use and development plan permits including determining overall content and format of reports. • Connecting & coordinating with clients to resolve problems. • Architectural work included some private residences and the design of retail & leisure facility from sketch proposals to construction.
