I like to work on creative innovation projects with the goal of developing customer centric products. Since graduating, I have mainly worked on incremental and disruptive innovation. I have been tasked with developing, implement and drive innovation methodologies for organizations and create a sustainable ecosystem for creative innovation. Since 2018, I have been working for Siemens Healthineers, Germany, in the Innovation Think Tank (ITT) department (part of the CTO office) to implement and drive Siemens Healthcare's innovation methodology. I lead one of the innovation labs as the location coordinator. Developing and implementing new and advanced technologies to meet customer needs were my key horizontal skills and interests, such as automation and robotics, sensor ecosystems, optical sensor intelligence etc. My mechanical and mechatronics skills were key stimulators for me to work on proof-of-concept models and prototypes.
