Following-up the process via Oracle that includes; production order, product collection, invoicing, waybill creating and transfer of orders. Control of invoice receivables, debts and payments with the support of the retail accounting department. Parts supply management.

Ensuring all logistics operations are done timely and accurately as well as in line with company’s global KPI's (perfect order rate, stock accuracy, stock availability etc.) Distribution management Controlling the relevant specification range during the cutting process. Control of templates and castings in accordance with production order and delivery numbers. Measuring KPI's of suppliers, customs brokers, warehouse and transportation, sharing the reports with related parties on monthly/weekly/daily basis.
