Led the development and commercial growth of BRG’s applied analytics value propositions for healthcare and government clients. Key experiences include: investment and income generation strategy for healthcare research institutes, blockchain adoption policy for government organisations, digitisation for smart public services, global healthcare and benchmarking initiatives for hospitals, and cross-sector partnerships for health analytics. Geographies: the UK, Europe, the GCC region, and Australia.

Responsible for strategic business development, commercial partnerships, proposals and bidding, and creating new market propositions for NHS Commissioners and Acute Providers. Co-founded eMBED Health consortium with partners from Mouchel (now Kier), BDO, and Engine group to provide end to end commissioning services to the NHS.

Led Serco’s Procurement as a Service market proposition for hospital services. Key responsibilities included pre-sale engagement, proposal development, commercial due diligence and service transformation. Key experiences include: leading the full cycle from commercial pursuit to acquisition of procurement services contract from hospitals to Serco operations, designing new operating framework and operational model for healthcare procurement services, leading clinical and commercial due-diligence.

Led Capgemini's healthcare market entry aspirations into the EMEA region. Key experiences include: market evaluation, stakeholder identification and engagement, local partnerships, project leadership and commercial bidding.
