HR BP Position from the start of the RU Office • Providing leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement and organizational design and change; • Developing and implementing HR strategy, corporate policies, programs, procedures for personnel management, organizational structure; • Building systems of motivation, efficiency, evaluation and development, HR brand, EVP.

• Talent Management: Participation in the end to end promotions process; Support and coach managers; • Talent Acquisition: Provide professional advice and service to managers in TA process; • HR: o Redesign and maintain a suite of HR programs; • Monitor HR leading practices/market trends; • L&D: Coordinate the training needs and training planning activities with the leadership teams.

• Support line management in recruiting, developing and retaining talents; • Development and support process of On-Boarding • Engage the line managers to develop people and provide support in managing their teams (people resource planning, employees’ development, career management, performance management); • Provide guidance on managing the performance appraisal process; • Development Job Responsibilities within the Company; • Support the job evaluation process.
