Managed Security Services: We provide and manage a big range of network security services to big corporates. Member of this team since May 2009 I discover the practical implementation and use of the theroy I learned at the university.

This master thesis focused in analysing the security issues in Vehicular Ad-hoc networks when Geocast is used. In the first part we analyze and suggest enhancements for a secure Geocast protocol. In particular we design a new secure and privacy enhanced location service providing node anonymity enhancement. In the second part, we analyze the integration of existing IP security protocols over secure Geocast and we study the feasibility by means of experiments.

The goal of the internship within the Security Lab, was to implement a prototype of an Enhanced Access Control Mechanism. After evaluation of a large set of possible technologies to be used, we focused on a directory service LDAP and on SELinux facilities.

I joined the team in charge of the telecommunication service of WFP. I had several tasks as: - Data collection and analysis for the preparation of a technical spec. for a UN Inter agency VSAT system. -Assisting in the research and selection of a Push mail system. -Analysis of satellite network availability statistics for consistency and cross checking. -Assisting with evaluation and testing of a network monitoring system.
